Adrienne (2) and Kyle (3 1/2) April 2000
Friends from the start!
Kyle and Adrienne have been friends for almost 10 years. They probably don't remember much about when they first met and became friends as they have always been a part of each others lives.
These pictures were taken in May of 2000 when Kyle was almost 3 1/2 and Adrienne was 2. They had been friends for a year and loved to play together. Almost 10 years later, they "hang out" and go to co-op classes together, attend art camp together, go on field trips together, and just get together when their moms want to see each other. They can always pick up where they left off and they both have that "oldest child" personality. Not that I am complaining, nothing will get too out of hand when they are around; siblings will be watched and attended to as needed, rules will be followed, school work completed etc!
I found these pictures when helping the girls look for pictures for their scrapbooks and couldn't resist sharing them! I couldn't get them to duplicate the cute hugging pose, this was as far as they would get. As Jenny said, "Maybe in a few years!"
Kyle and Adrienne, you have grown into wonderfully kind, intelligent, generous young people. Your parents are very proud of you both.
