From Basketball we went to the Museum for 1st Saturday's. Erin was too tired to go but there was no way Paige was staying home from the museum, it's her favorite place to go. I am so glad that we went. The project was on birds and Lindy loves birds, her favorite is the Cardinal (she has a little bit of my Grandma in her!). We got there just in time to see birds from the Columbus Zoo. The Crown Crane was beautiful. The girls loved the parrot and the huge owl. We then went to Derby Court for our project. They could draw their own bird or use stencil shapes to trace a body, head, wings, and a tail. On to the paint where they were given only primary colors and could mix to get anything else they wanted.
