Last week the Junior Girl Scouts put on a great fashion show of all the Girl Scouts Uniforms through the years from the 1930's until present day. We did this years ago for the moms of our troop girls but this time we decided to take the show on the road and did it for the nursing home residents we have adopted.
The residents absolutely loved it! It brought back many memories for some of the ladies who were troop leaders or had daughters in Girl Scouts.
The girls had a great time having such a captive audience! When they were done modeling we served favorite Girl Scout cookies. It was such a nice afternoon, the girls really enjoyed spreading their some of their scouting joy!
