Last Sunday Lindy and Paige and I went to see Buddy Valastro from The Cake Boss at the Ohio Theatre. We all love watching the show but Paige is definitely my aspiring cake designer. She loves to draw and design cakes and bake with me. When I found out Buddy was coming to Columbus I knew that she would want to go.
We had a great time. Buddy shared his story of success and encouraged the kids to follow their dreams and work hard. No job is too small in his bakery and he told them it is important to know how to do them all, including cleaning the toilets!
The show was really entertaining with cupcake decorating contests and Buddy decorated a wedding cake. We then headed off to Greaters for dessert after making a stop at the t-shirt table!
Season 3 starts at the end of May and we can't wait!

You guys should have a cake decorating contest.... but then again you all would do such a great job I guess you would all win!
